The Samoylov Island Research Station. Photo by Max Heikenfeld, Alfred Wegener Institute.A crew from the Berlin and Brandenburg's regional public-broadcasting TV channel RBB visited the Samoylov Island research station at the Lena river delta in Russia this summer. They made a documentary about the Alfred Wegener Institute's Lena / Muostakh expedition.
The documentary, directed by Felix Krueger, will be shown in the German television RBB on Monday, December 17 from 22.15 - 23.00.
The documentary is in german only.
